I've been working with Vodafone for over 15 years with interior and digital teams to deliver Customer Experience Centres in the UK, Doha, Singapore and New York. I've also worked on design strategies for workspaces that deliver cultural change.

I led the Strategy for the Interior and Digital teams and developed detailed user journeys to identify key moments and opportunities so that an integrated solution where the digital apps and space work together to help trigger collaboration.

I directed and produced environmental branding, user interfaces and apps for digital, and content including films and animations.
